why are the shit load of 451's in a bowa frowned upon?

I think it's more the hit-and-run tactic people dislike
I don't really understand the reasoning behind it, as all casters play a distance game (bone necs and sorcs, windies to a lesser degree, bowas, etc.)
I don't see how spamming IBS or Blizz and teleing around in a large circle is any worse than hitting with poison damage

It makes it a really tough duel... at least from a necro point of view if the bowa is spamming multi, because it's almost certainly going to hit when you approach... and twenty seconds later you're down half your hp due to poison. Doesn't seem right.

bowa's have it pretty bad from what i've seen in pub duels, don't gm things like deaths hand deal with that effectively?

There is really no reason to ban poison stacking
I see no difference in hammerdins stacking a field - if anything, they're worse, it's 12k+ damage that cannot be reduced, unlike poison (85% resist, 75% length reduction)
And zons have a terrible time vs necros
MB/Dr necs rape zons so hard, lol
