he also showed blue armor (4os 5/5d) saying that is what he normally uses (yet he wasnt blue in svs lad duel)

fraps will be required of bill/his challengers/challengees due to disputes of bill hacking (30 hits at 25k dmg is NOT LEGIT)

noone else will be required, because frankly, noone else is being accused of hacking (ofc if anyone seriously is (nn bullshit here)) then fraps will be required as well
any disputes over this matter should be pmd to me directly. do not spam this ladder with this new rule. it is decidedly neccessary

edit-IF FRAPS ARE NOT POSTED BY BILL OR HIS CHALLENGER/CHALLENGEE THEN THE DUEL IS NULLIFIED. IF ONE PARTY FRAPS AND THE OTHER DOESNT, THEN THE WIN GOES TO THE PERSON WHO FRAPD BECAUSE THEY SHOWED GM, NO MATTER WAHT THE SCORE IS. DO NOT FORGET, THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS
