His nec has block swaps and he didn't sign up that way, should be put at bottom imo. Why else would he emphasize it on the sign ups unless it was something important enough to be disclosed at sign up

I copy and pasted what they wrote. There is no rule saying you must indicate specifics of your character, other than basic skill distribution (ie a trap sin can sign up with "Trapper" instead of having a giant string including "Trapper w/ w/s block, w/s 174 fcr, c/c dc, c/c kick, c/c facet setups", however some people choose to disclose such information and thus I add it. As long as your build doesnt change, or is approved as a "minor adjustment" by an admin there is nothing wrong with this. Switch gear, not skills or stats is by far a MINOR change. If i were to use a white with +lr and +psn noa for 1 point psn nova vs 95 es sorces, this would also be a minor change. If you were to add a fury or ow claw to your sin which already has 1 point into kick when you signed up, this is obv a allowed/minor change. If you wanted to change your sin to have 1 point kick AND 1 point dc (reallocating 1 skill to do so), it would have to be approved by a mediator, and i would for sure 100% approve a change such as that, provided other stat points/major skill allocation did not change...

key frenzy F (sorry, any key will work) - put in on left

do a quick weapon switch and have some1 trade you then close the panel in anyway
hit esc, close it by clicking, whatever.

frenzy switched to normal, tele to normal

this is the test right here
