No, any rare would be 1 point.

People would essentially have to wear at least 2x rare/magic/set items to compete.. or just wear 3 uniques and not wear a helmet lol

So gloves and boots/belt/jewelery don't count?

Can Not Be Frozen. Is it a must to have this? Like we can choose not to wear CBF if we want, but take the consequences if an opponent has cold dmg? There's some setups that don't require a Cham, some feel it's bm if you don't use Cham, others like my self feel it forces them to use a gear change.

Example, I'm dueling a cc Edc/Prud/Angelic setup, they have no CBF so I use a Jeweled SS to improve my setup. They can either duel as is, or add a Cold dmg sc to force opponent to use a Cham, nerfing that advantage.

I think it's a rune/jewel, so the option should be open to the user. Forces people to think more and counter more often, and can be an advantage both ways. Can either force an opponent to have to give up a gear change to put on CBF. I don't think it should be Required to have CBF though.

I don't see why it should be frowned upon though...it's just another strategy, and taking a risk. You don't know your opponents setup, so you risk having to waste a gear to counter cold dmg...same vice versa, you use a cold dmg sc to counter anyone trying to enhance their setup. I have a 3/20/5-9 cold dmg sc in inv. as well to counter that...

I think it should be optional just like any other jewel you put in your gear. It's going to hurt you more w/o cbf imo...

CNBF should be optional (this goes for Furys as well which at a certain frame aren't effected by being frozen), Just don't get caught with the short end of the stick and be forced to use a gear and lose a round due to getting busted.

Not sure what's up with this but yeah it's pretty impossible tbh since it's differnt account/differnt name it was aloud in ugml long time because we didn't had tokens that time and now we do soo it's not aloud anymore if you guys banned tokens then yeah it should be fine

Reason why, it's not affect by frozen because furys ias is based on weapons unlike zeal it's all about adding total ias like example! But I know for a fact it DOES affect Zeal. When someone hits you with any kind of cold dmg your ias will drop -20 which you need EXTRA 20ias to swing faster.
