Im dropping from the ladder. IDGAF what the rules say, necros being allowed to use decrep and recast golem is massively bm. A hammer based char's only weapon is speed and I vigor charge slower with decrep/clay golem than I run in town with vigor un decrep'd/golemed...

I will return w/e the rules are rectified cuz its a bogus loophole that necros get to decrepify...

but im pretty sure necs cant decrep ias based characters (which you are)


however erik and i own this ladder now so any rule revisions only need to be brought up and we'll discuss and handle it


now im going to make a thread about the world ladder rules, would you like to be removed prematurely still or shall i leave you?
i've been meaning to do that.

Unless you are going to get rid of the rule that says necros can use decrep and zons can use slow missiles, Im out. Ur essentially making any speed based char a sitting duck with the current rules.


Fact: No necro in east has ever beaten me with common gm rules.

Fact: TupacShakur008 beat me with common bm rules that are made gm in your ladder.

If you are going to allow decrep you might as well allow aa, rejoins, atp, wolf charges, vives, and flash...

- No hacks of any kind
- Refusal to gmod test, refusal to show inventory/weapon swap, will result in a ban
- All absorb has limitations per class/build.
- No more than 75% poison reduction is allowed.
- 85% resistance cap may not use 85%resis + sorb
- Using +maximum resistance + a piece of absorb is banned.
- No use of L tap in Melee vs. Melee duel.
- No more than 40 Life Replenish is allowed on any character.
- Items which contain spell charges are allowed, but the use of the charges is not.
- No mercenaries are allowed.
- No Guardian Angel Armors.
- No two pieces of Sorb or Max Resistance of the same Element.
- No Naked killing.
- No Hotspurs Unless Said Otherwise Under Characters.
- No Money Takers.
- 100%+ resistance shields are your 1 piece of sorb/max res
- Ties are ties not first kill
- A maximum of one poison small charm per inventory
- Ias and r/w have no caps
- Only in game technique banned is overly defensive play
- No traps/missles may be casted prior to your opponent saying 'Go'
- Towning is infact a loss, accidental or not.
- No extended use of houses




SORC-SPECIFIC RULES:

- No max res or absorb gear when using energy shield
- No prebuff energy shield
- No more than 13 bmanas
- May use mana pots if es% is under 80%
- Can not have dr%+es% over 117%

NECRO-SPECIFIC RULES:

- Recast of bone armor and golem is allowed
- Bone prison is allowed (not vs. non-teleporting characters)
- All curses allowed except iron maiden
- No corpse skills are allowed
- Fire golem + dwarf star is allowed (not vs. fire trappers)
- Hotspurs are allowed
- No Overly Mass Defensive IBS Spamming

DRUID-SPECIFIC RULES:

- No tgods
- No snowclash
- No hotspurs
- Recasting cyclone, wolves, sage, ravens, and hurricane are allowed
- Can use raven/wisp/dwarf/infernos only 1
- No use of Carrion or Solar creeper/Vine

ASN-SPECIFIC RULES:

- Dual claw assassins can use one wisp/raven/dwarf
- Dual claw assassins may not use hotspurs or tgods
- Using left click mindblast, etc is not allowed
- Weapon-shield assassins may use hspurs and tgods but may not have a c/c swap
- No prebuffing
- May use infernos

BARB-SPECIFIC RULES:

- No prebuffing
- 2 ravenfrosts
- No hotspurs
- May use infernos

AMAZON SPECIFIC RULES:

- All items which grant a chance to cast amplify damage are banned for amazon class
- Battle orders/poison/slow is outlawed in ZvZ
- Hotspurs allowed (bowzons only)
- Slow missiles allowed
- No Fort + Tgods
- 1 ravenfrost allowed on stacking amazons (250+ cr stacked)
- 2 allowed on non stacking amazons
- Cs Zons can use infernos


PALADIN SPECIFIC RULES:

- Using a resistance aura counts as a piece of absorb when it has 2 or more points
- Cleansing, meditation, and prayer are allowed
- Holy bolt is banned
- May use infernos
- No hotspurs

According to this all curses(except iron maiden)=100% Gm. and so is slow missles

No full ban of decrep. Walking is a key part in many caster builds as well.

Inactivity / The Dodge Rule:

After a challenge has been posted, it will stay open for 3 days. If the person defending does not accept the challenge, or the match does not take place within 3 days of the initial post, the challenger will automatically win the match due to the "dodge rule"
