Last time I dueled the top pally vis was 24 str 2 socs and the other 4 were all plain

When did all the crazy ones start popping up?

nickeys had 1 for nt and 1 for tap its like 32 or some shit was insane plus its legit not imported.

actually civic used to do a regular tourney, nontap tourney, and a noncast tourney... was pretty fun imo.

Nickey did have one like that. If thats not his old one then its one just like it.

Back before Imports (there was only like 6 on EAST) and I respected them cuz...LEGIT.

And lets clear one thing up about the word [IMPORT] I dont care if they come from some special method, program, or just a sites mass bots cubing them W/E. The word Import to me means Hot Garbage Circlet with Origins from bitch ass websites.

Theres only ONE LEGIT gambled on east by Criag, and theres only 9-10 More legit MF 20S) The rest are Imported into our melee community by garbage methods unlegit....PERIOD.

...If such ban did come about enforcing it would be ez. Back in 2008 while Prez of Temple Guard I simply employed the Random gear check vs kids using Eth Forts and Ber'd Banes etc. Now thats not to say every game it will happen at all, but the mere Threat of the possible Gear check stopped MOST geeks from cheating. And we could modify this idea to just say its a ref only check vs helms (nothing else) And its not likely to happen, BUT if someone is found out they will simply be BANNED from events for 6months etc.

I think I only got mad cuz people down tap so much now or leave ladder cuz of "my import not as good as his import crap" Personally I dont give a shit if imports stay cuz I love the challenge of looking for ways to BEAT THEM.

I think that would be a great idea. I think the ladder would grow again without imports. Just seems that the diversity of different builds has been ruined by this. Just my 2 cents, but doesn't really matter because I am no longer on the ladder and yes it was because of imports.
