HB skill is not allowed to use for any reason at all in that matchup and it has been decided by Viper to declare the match invalid.
There isn't much to say in that regard as we see the screenshots and they themselve admitted to using it several times.
Moderator's decisions are indisputable.
For the future, please don't hestitate to pause between rounds and notify mods during the match. Remember you can always ask for supervision.

If Team AZM wish to particpate further in this 2v2 Ladder format they are to repeat the match under the referee supervision.

Otherwise at AZM's Team own request, they will be removed from the Ladder, as ZelgO asked in polish.

Sadly we see not only a lack of compliance to the rules and sportsmanship but also lack of respect and culture in their comments.
Keep in mind that we will not tolerate such behavior.

Oficjalnie rezygnujemy z udziału w lidze. Po co ktoś ma coś zgłaszać w trakcie meczu jeżeli może to przemilczeć i w ten sposób ma 2 szanse ( jak się uda to się uda jak nie to się można przepierdolić do jakiejś pierdoły) - debilizm.

widzialem to pierwsze hb katem oka bo bylo po 2giej stronie ekranu w samym rogu, nie mialem pewnosci i na powtorce dopiero je zobaczylem

tabuli strzelił może w dwóch sytuacjach HB w waszym kierunku żeby mi nakreślić waszą pozycje po uprzednim poinformowaniu mnie o tym na komunikatorze z resztą screen pieknie to pokazuje jak hb leci centralnie na was, ale to nie ważne, czy sobie wpiszesz 5:2 czy 0:5 bo to tylko nic nieznacząca tabelka z wynikami, grunt że kolejnych leszczy mamy do odhaczenia, a poważnych rywali zapraszam jak najbardziej na sparing, oczywiście z ominięciem owych tabel gdyż nie bierzemy w tym udziału

In general, using a HB in whatever situation (and other instances of breaking DCL Rules) will automatically result in 5-0 LOSS (W/O) and a Warning.
This was the first time we have encountered this kind of situation, and we decided to give ZelgO & Tabul678 chance for a rematch with an active referee. They decided to leave 2v2 Ladder, thats their choice.

HUGE note to anyone tho. If you see something odd, or have any kind of suspection about breaking the rules, DO NOT HESITATE to pause match, and call a referee. In most cases, there is at least one referee online, and we all are willing to join the game or at least, watch the screen stream via discord.
