10 minutes per round max. you will know yourselves who is repling in the corner and who is not. aggressive play should be rewarded just as sitting behind a wall should not.

We as a community are bad at calling out friends when they play lame. Only solution is to speak with them active the Arreat babas like Aaron said

All those things like time limit, mana limit, smaller map have been tried in the past and was never a success. it either makes duels worse or give unfair class advantage.

Just start tourneys earlier and make them single elim.
