D2a (d2 Arena) Dueling League Announcement - Topic

- May use +15% max fire resist- insane nth else to say hot's except on ama?
- Hammerdins may use +15% max fire resist (Must be true hammerdin build)-as well just LOL another 4000life with 90%resist
- Activating a resist aura is banned - why not when u have 450res absorbs etc etc u cant use aura like conviction?
- Cleansing is not banned however using it other than the purpose of removing curses or reducing poison duration is not allowed
- so u allow this (- More than 1 hard skill point in lower resist ) but u bann conviction in same time u bann Cleansing?where is the balance

- Non-Energy shield sorcs may use +15% max fire resist again no balance
- No max resist or absorb gear when using Energy Shield - (why there is no cap of es(80)+5%max RES (just a suggestion)
- Non-Energy shield sorcs may use +15% max fire resist again no balance example F sorc in same class(duel) vitality is stronger x100times (this is my opinion only)
-- Energy shield sorcs (any percent) may not use oak sage since i'm on the topic why ES sorc can't use it ?when u have vitality sorc with 95% resist?

Im just trying to get where is the balance and please before u react to this THINK what im saying then react
i have other thoughts about the rules but so far this does not make any sense at all and no balance

Each of those rules and questions are incredibly complex with a lot of history. In our league, we started with a historic ruleset which was standard since 2008, and made adaptations to blend the NA and EU metas which have evolved independently over the past decade.
