There is no delay for me on bnet tele works 10 out of 10 times.
Skill bug: you can bug up but many of the important skillbugs that were actually useful cannot be executed anymore ie: when bugging charge/hammer you cannot charge up to your opponent and tele to do an offscreen stomp because charge doesnt work while bugged, fc on zon doesnt work, animation bugs dont work, foh/tele bug works however.
Ct works as in extended range.

I have a tele staff from act 3 ormus “just got it” so I can’t tell if tele chain, foh stomp, smite lock etc are working yet. I plan on testing tho.
