remade the hybrids vendor with defense adjusted for the tourney

Note: Apparently the hybrid runewords only register as ethereal or you won't be able to join game. In this case the items are still ethereal, but the defense are adjusted to non-eth defenses.

Sorry, can we just not ban eth items? Just stupid to make everyone remake all chars/items... If anything just allow barbs to chant still, will more or less keep the ar/def ratios the same for any 1v1.

Although i dont see why you wouldnt allow eth/repl rares, weapons or armor..
Or just leave the gear restrictions as per the realm. Far easier to inforce
