except when swirled... they all = 100%
and swirlly time shouldnt last seconds...

Swirl doesn’t need to last seconds without wsg. 1 mb in a wof to start a lock and it’s over as long as swirl lasts the 9frames to lay a trap between MB’s.

Wsg is op on east rn. You can’t lock a good player down.
