What Vic is proposing is ALL rares - no SS, no dungos, No DR, etc

What I’m proposing is is only rare weapons. no runewords, other rules are the same as previous tourney. This is very different from vic’s idea.

Initially I wanted to do this as a test of ZvZ since edc, fort, prud and Phoenix are all so dominant. This would encourage builds not conventionally used and just make us use our brains a bit more for our setups.

However I know some peeps want other classes so left it open. I think fury and zon maybe will have hard time with no runewords as well but I’m sure you guys will prove me wrong and slap me silly
