As for the corner camping just so you can dodge/counter is in my opinion BM play , its the main thing i hated THE MOST !!
The way i handled it was just run far away and wait for him , couldn't care how long i had to stand stil for the opponent to leave its corner ; i rather spend a hour waiting then to participate in this gameplay .
I'm with Xenion al the way on this case ...

I won't even bother to defend myself regarding such an accuse... We've done tones of tours all those years and none ever complained for smt like this. Tours in which, he didn't even participate.
