Add pre-cast, a light sorc got a huge overrange as Es against other if u keep it like that. (since the mainly % on ES with 9 light sks only..)
its not balanced too count it like this.
the damage allrdy fucks up on 95% es vs a lighter on 5kmana with just 35-40k dmg wich a es easy can reach.

what whould hold any light away from too stay and use range vs blizz as example u will got not chance.

add es pre cast and sign me in.
