Have you tried KB claws vs Smite? Forcing Charge via hard lock and clipping the path? Played against all the top Ghosts from that GvG ladder and none of them approached Paladins the right way.
Just don't see warrant for a Smite nerf overall, honestly. But that's considering all things, not just Smite vs Ghost. You have to consider what implications it could have on other matchups as well.
The only swirl i got in those 2 minutes of 3 duels was from shadow. He spent the whole duel buffing... Literally never going to get a hit on a smiter like that, literally glitching ww checks to your low ar chaos claw lol

Obv should be allowed. Its a big sacrifice on a gamble/counterable tactic. It also give smiters a chance in m/us that otherwise may be impossible. Always good to make more build competitive.
As for charges, personally i always thought chant was over doing it. But banned or not, it really doesnt effect the game.
Higher ar vs low ar chars => virtually the same matchup;
Higher ar vs high def chars => gives the melee char a better chance which isnt necessarily bad.
As for oaks, they should just be gm. Been saying this for a long time, and 99% of the current active duelers would agree. It again gives lower classes a chance, ie. HvN, where the duel is literally only fun with oaks allowed. Since pur duels are in hell, theres nothing about them op, just another low life stacked and lockable minion.

What L. Why on earth would you give up griefs huge damage difference for 50 base ar and 30 dex??
Anyways, rules look fine. Id rather have a few changes every tourney anyways to keep the sets interesting and to see what people may come up with.
