it should definitely be bm. it'd give a big advantage to certain classes (like nec)

mb is basically putting in dex or not. . some pure vita necs have 62% block w/ the right gear (not bm). just time stamp s/s with inventory & char screen without body to see how much dex sum1 is rocking..

Why should it be illegal? It's kind of unfair to sorcs to not be able to respec from mb to vita or es. Amazons can completely destroy a sorc if the word isn't decked out. Besides I I remember correctly the last world ladders did not restrict you from respeccing. Just because you lost or whatever cause of mb doesn't mean it needs to be changed

minor means you respected stats
