it doesn't seem to mention exile. Am I to assume its use is allowed?

Tgods

20 points lr aura

That sanc shield and 7k foh damage is outdated, most don’t get past 5300 foh dmg or 100 total dmg to a Tgods.

On average it takes 50 fohs to foh someone to death.
