can even use coh instead of nigma if your using plain sc's

20 rep + 40 res + 15% max mana +3 all + 40 fcr > +2 mastery/+5 fb + ~100ish mana + ~40ish life + 20 fcr

unless u dont need fcr or res

using crafted belt is ok... but you lose life/mana compared to using hoto with a rare one

and with any other set up you need the fcr or to change your set up
