1. The chance the cast might bother some people, but I don't think its too over the top.
2. I think it would be a pretty cool item for everyone to be allowed to use and would open up a lot of builds to users who cant afford import Viso's.
Remember this isn't a suggesting for the tap ladder.
Any input?
forget andies, only BM part is lvl 15 CTC
if we allow this... then remove the "lvl 5 ctc" restriction in general on the NT ladder.
there are a few weapons with +6 or greater that are currently considerd BM
also.. imo get a necro... gear up to lvl 15 poison nova and see exactly how much psn dmg it does over "xx" seconds... then make that limit GM aswell
or just keep it BM
