only explanation

unless ofc he doesnt meet the 90ias throw bp and you do, but u said same exact gear so im sure this isnt an issue.

That's what we suspect. But jab / arrow shooting / throwing regular javs work normally. Only happens when it's 1v1 fury situation.
We first suspected fhr or block/ dodge animations but we are same everything so that can't be...
He also tried different computer and mouse. No help.

fhr doesnt do anything

even if its within like 3% avoid it wont matter too much

max block is important, but throw ias is the #1 factor

try letting him get first hit then u start throwing, imo thats how jab worls. whoever gets first hit will win a jab duel.
