You get accused because you have done it before and your "proof" that you do not is not at all helping you. You might be taking s/s's after duels but they don't prove anything at all. You wanna prove that you don't spec?
s/s your skills pre duel with enemy "go" on screen.
That would be proof because it shows there is no time for you to be spec'ing.
Not trying to be a dick here. Totally trying to give you legitimate advice.
After a couple duels of your skills not changing at all would be proof enough.

went into trade then exited trade, and it reset to normal attack

Actually trade screening does reset enig, i forgot that.

It doesnt reset your left click skill ever though ... still extremely suspicious ...
