per "After losing a match u may not re-challenge the person you lost to for 3 days however u may still challenge anyone else and anyone else may challenge them." in the rules, you'd have to wait until 29 July 8:08 PM EST.

I made this same mistake with resistance/absorb rules once. I followed the original rules, but they are actually updated and linked in every ladder update for the current standings.
