Challenging 10. BiWinning / P.v.M / Vex (ES Fire)

Someone want to explain to me whats going on here? Instead of blatantly ignoring it...

sum 1 call him a dodger asked him to be remove from ladder i duno? I couldn't ever match up times w/ him so I just challenged sum 1 else instead, completed 2 challenges already.

same here, I readded to him to the ladder but he really should try and be more active since he was on jsp and it took him 3 days to respond to my pm so I dodged him and dueled blitz

So you challenged, claimed dodge, and removed him from ladder all within 1 hour? ......

so what's the conclusion? was pick allowed to challenge blitzcrankobama in the first place (http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=44262141&f=147&p=519691634)?

One guy got stuck on him and ended up quitting the ladder, and I was stuck on him for 3 days, then decided to challenge someone else rather than wait for dodge ruling. Next guy challenged him and after what looks like a full day of waiting still hadn't seen a PM and looks like he decided to remove him, but ended up readding him? He has a lot of work hours apparently, slow to PM etc. I think mostly he got bumped because so many people having issues fighting him.
