ppl go on vacation, the ladder moves on, people come back.
some ppl need to take a step away, its their choice to quit or extended vacation.
staying on vacation also gives more reason to come back and keep this ladder more active.

also extended vacation is 2 weeks or more, if ure taking a weekend trip u keep ur spot and ppl challenge around
