Then don't drop challenges. Let the dodge counter go up so we can get the inactives off the ladder.

/e people complain about ladders going dead but it only happens because the people on the ladder allow inactives to stay on the ladder. Challenge someone. If they don't duel get the dodge so we can get them off. Its simple as that.
