I've commented on this before.
Dwarf/Vex isn't 80/20, it's 80/15. Cold isn't allowed to go 80/20 (if I understand CR rules right), and the only element that CAN go 80/20 (Light) isn't allowed to! I think this portion of the rules is somewhat confusing. Like, I'm pretty sure I get the intention, but due to what I explained, it has caused me, and possibly others, to question what I believe is intended.
