Big notifications so this ladder doesn't becoming so inactive/dead:

1) The 3 day dodge rule is strictly enforce, a dodge count will be added to the person challenged unless an extension is requested.
2) If you need an extension, PLEASE post that you need it so it will not be counted as a dodge.
3) If a user surpasses 2 dodges, he/she will be removed from the ladder.
4) If a user receives 2 consecutive dodges, he/she will be removed from the ladder.
5) If you are going to be on vacation for more than 2 weeks at a time, you will be removed from the ladder and will have to work your way back up.
6) If you were last seen 6 or more days ago, you will be removed from the ladder.
7) If you do not have PM access, you will be removed from the ladder.
8) If you would like to help update the ladder, please contact myself or one of the mediators/updaters.
9) Spam WILL NOT be tolerated here, pm each other if you have that big of a problem or go slam each other in a pub (Idgaf)

Hello noobs, I'm a new mediator.

I've been dealing with certain guild: war members cheating in zvz duels for a couple years as well as running the zvz ladders so I should be quite adept at handling this.
I can ref duels as long as I'm not realmed.

There's a lot more html so if I fucked any thing up or my decision on hehegiggles' dodge is wrong please pm myself AND intelligent so I can get things in order and I can give an extension.
