well wtv I'm going 95% Es if Gemmd votes to keep the updated rules, idk, like, idc really. But nerfing my Es sorc further is just rude imo. There's never any *Legit* Es Sorcs running the Ladder, always Bmana Es Sorcs, so, I'm trying to do this Legit but then the updated rules are against Es, ~

this rule is extremely Fucked up though, no mana pots???? you want me to wait for my mana to slowly fuckin regenerate, takes like 30 seconds on a cold sorc... while you at 450cr you can tank like 15 ice blasts, I get hit twice and have to run away for 30 seconds straight +, this one is really fascinatingly retarded

I was gonna put up with the 5% max res rule lowered from the mitigation.... but this....... ruins both of my Es Sorcs

Learn how to build a stronger sorc then... Its not rocket science ~ lower es will >> 95 es for svs if built right.
