Death Actually... Don't see a problem here (has ctc glacial spike, but who cares with cbf)

Adding phoenix would be a good option if exile was removed. Having four shields (ss, phoenix, alma, and hoz) would make for many different unique builds.

Exile is the real problem, not imported circlets. The exile confines builds to be all so similar, as it provides no DR, and there are only so many ways (shaft) to make up for it.

Death and Grief are banned for good reasons..
