I challenged DeathHallow, but he said to say I won on a count of he is ISO a new shield. I don't think this is fair to him, but wanted to let the Meds' know and decide that the best course of action would be.

That counts as Dodge Rule Being applied, unless he thinks he can get a new shield in 4 days it isn't unfair at all

I'm pming him, this will be his 2nd DRA.
