What about fire wall? 1) Is that banned? 2) If not, does it have any offensive potential in duels?? Maybe it does instant tick damage on a namelock or something, or causes a slight zone of teleport danger on the field, I dunno.

Does Fire Ball have a [confirmed] wider hitbox than Fire Bolt? Or are they the same?
hitbox was the same for fireball/bolt in LoD so i assume it still is in D2R, outside of the niche situations where you hit a tree/bush/rock and get the splash damage
however, you cant have firebolt and fire mastery on the same staff to make an obsession out of
D2:R
