What does 80/20 mean? 80% res and 20% sorb? (Isn't Dwarf 15% res, btw? But Wisp Lo isn't allowed, although that actually would be 80/20?)

The Dwarf discrepancy is making me second guess if I'm understanding the rules here. I'm assuming it's just an oversight that Dwarf is 15% and not 20%, but the rule is 85/0 or 80/20?

Also, so Frozen Orb is entirely banned? Does that mean cold sorcs are Blizz only?

Another question. What if I make a build that's vita stacked, but runs ES still? Is that legal? Thinking about a vita Blizz, and I thought... that probably doesn't run through mana very much, so it's kind of being wasted. Maybe throwing a low level ES could improve such a character by a considerable amount?

80/20 mean is the resist in ur tab...max is 75 + vex or lo = 80 and so on like vex vex = 85 ( idk if im getting understood lmao but gemmd might be more helpfull on this 1 )

Its up to you to try it but ill hit you 1 fb and if ur mana not high enough youll end up zero mana and wont be able to move but yes man u can do w/e u want as long as u respect the rules... u can have 2k life 2k mana 68%es if u want but youll take 1 hit and all youll have to drink an entire mana row just to be able to tel again...might worth testing some thing if you able to make this work but i doubt u can go half vita half es and have fun tbh
