If you can't do the math yourself, then here:
ES cold sorc will regen mana at a rate of 131.26 points/second and an ES fire sorc will regen mana at a rate of 175.26 points/second. ES cold will fully regen mana in 33.52 seconds and an ES fire sorc will fully regen mana in 25.10 seconds.

Anyways, I didn't know you were going ES cold lol. You might as well shoot yourself in the foot, because that's an sva class, not an svs.

did you not read my post??? I got 2x 12%DTM jewels in my circ now, won't get stuck anymore when out of mana.
