1- You did play normally vs loler1992. Everybody agree on that & videos you sent are fine.
2- We also don't doubt that you are using your own chars, your own account to play this tour and that you are playing yourself.

3- The problem is the following :
it appears that you did not tell who you were when this was asked. The fact that you tried to play anonymously, when it was asked not to, is the real problem. And several times you had the opportunity to make everything clear.

So points 1 & 2 are out of the discussion (we all agree on it).

The whole thing would have gone in your favor if this "identity" problem was solved, when it was kindly asked.
It's possible that, for you, it does not make any difference that you play anonymously, but for the d2gm community, which creates and funds those tours, it is a problem.
