Just don't see where it says loser bracket has to duel 2x ft10.
It was implied when I stated this was a DOUBLE ELIMINATION tournament.
Just to reiterate, this 2 set business is how DOUBLE elimination should work, there are variations (which I won't get into).
I can lay it out in detail later for you guys if you want, but here's the common sense perspective.
Ask yourself this, what's the difference between single elimination and double elimination tournaments?
Single elimination means: You lose once = you're out of the tournament.
Double elimination means: you lose twice = you're out of the tournament.
Simple right? Think of it like a mario game
single elimiation = you have one life, if you lose, you're out.
double elimiation = you have two lives, if you lose, you keep fighting in loser's bracket, if you lose again, you're out.
Gods has not lost yet (think of it as he still has two lives).
soldiers1111 has lost once (he still has one life).
The rest of us have all lost twice (we're all out of the tournament).
That's why soldiers1111 has to win twice (2x FT10) in order to win, and gods only has to win 1x FT10. Or flip around and think of it as soldier's can only lose one more time, and gods can lose two more times.
