Flee tactics aren't strategy. If you are stepping out of the path of an incoming ww to avoid being hit that is a flee tactic, no doubt about that. The same said if you make a guy chase you and only ww away that is pretty much the same style of play. There are ways to angle and ww at a person w/o ww'ing away from them or walking out of the path of an incoming ww. There are types of ww strategy that you can use other than trying to play defensive and make guys chase you or counter them instead of head on attacking them.
Anyone that tries to argue this point only wants to duel in a way that is an unfair advantage to their opponent. How fun would a duel be if you just sit there doing nothing the entire duel because both people only want to counter ww. Also if a guy only wants to defensive duel you by waiting for you to move and continuously counter attack and never go on the offensive the duels take forever and hands down it's bm. It is plenty fun when dueling straight up and not running away.
On west we treat BvB dueling like men in a real fight. You don't walk up punch a guy in the face and run away or if he comes at you you don't run then turn around and sucker punch them lol. We go head to head pick proper angles. We don't run away!
