the way we handle this on nl for extended vacations is that when the person returns they have to duel for the spot back (your being #1)
if i win i keep the spot and u move to #2 if i loss u take first and i get second

but i need to duel maj first to see who u need to duel for the spot

count this as a dodge id also like to point out when i challenged him i immediatly pmd him an he was logged on 3 hours after still playing..
so why dodge an not even respond to a pm...

1) The 3 day dodge rule is strictly enforced, a dodge count will be added to the person challenged unless an extension is requested.
(When posting a dodge mention it before the time to duel is over, and post a s/s of your pm to the user.)
2) If you need an extension, PLEASE post that you need it so it will not be counted as a dodge.
3) If a user surpasses 3 dodges, he/she will be removed from the ladder.
4) If you are going to be on vacation for more than 2 weeks at a time, you will be added to the inactive list.
5) If you were last seen 7 or more days ago, you will be added to the inactive list.
6) If you do not have PM access, you will be removed from the ladder.
7) If you would like to help update the ladder, please contact myself or one of the mediators/updaters.
8) Try to keep the spam to a minimum.

If anyone notices a error please feel free to pm either me or one of the updaters and it will be fixed ASAP.
