Doesn't it end after u had a duel with another guy? or is it different on east?

Rules say:

-winning/Defending a match removes any time constraints for re-challenges.

this is correct but didn't you just lose a duel to jatt, or did i miss a post?

/e the duels are for each individual specifically. Since you lost your match with jatt you will need to wait 12 hours before re challenging anyone, irregardless of what Jatt does (Challenges/wins/loses)
If someone challenges you and you defend your position you are free to challenge up again (no matter the time restraint).
So if 9 or 10 were to duel you right now and you won, you would be able to challenge forward again.
