next time Moneter, just post s/ss of messages sent and of your pm box before the 3 days is up and call it a dodge;

or simply let it go and challenge someone ahead/before him lol

Theres no need, If he wasn't a liar and trying to take advantage of rules that were implemented in 2007 then this bs wouldn't happen.
Now he deals with the consequence.

you are not the first person that happens, it happens to a whole lot of people who simply move on or post s/ss correctly before the 3 days are up;

i do not understand all this fuss for a simple challenge lol

Cause he made me wait 3 days and i aint gonna put up with his little games he likes to fucking play with people, Hes a child on this forum and needs to learn to not be stupid.
I pm'd a senior mod vinc, So he can pm me back if he rules in your favor i will change it.
If not it stays the same, Thanks for the worrys and carry on the ladder as normal.
Stop waiting your time out for your challenges and next time inform your opponent who has pm'd you if you can't duel.
Stupid rules made just for users like him to clown around and get nulls to move up the ladder.

Ill make a single post about why moneter is wrong.

At each time the ladder is updated, there is a list of approved updaters/moderators. On that list determines who is allowed to make legit updates. Anyone can update, however it is not final until an approved user states it is, or makes one himself to overrule it.

At each time the ladder is updated, there is a list of the current rules. Those rules are what the SvS ladder goes by.

Moneter since he choose to update the ladder and so fourth, knowingly continued to post that link to the updaters/rules, is showing that those are the current rules that this ladder goes by.

Now here is an portion of the rules that is related to this instance


Dodge rules & after match steps:

Dodge limit is 3 days. If defender does not reply in 3 days, the challenger will receive his spot. If you cannot complete his challenge at the time, please contact a mod and he will do his best to keep your position.
If a defender or challenger does not state whether they're calling for a dodge or extension, the challenge will be nulled. There must be a post with a scheduled date and time when a duel would likely to be done. This will dictate dodge rule more appropriately. If either participant does not show up between the suggested time frame, it will be a dodge count or a null, unless the time is changed prior to the first scheduled time frame. IF either person does not show up between that time frame, the only person to show up will receive the spot. The userMust post in thread that he has arrived w/ a timestamp in game, and must also have another time stamp after the time limit is up in order to receive the spot.

bolded are the current rules. Moneter was not in a game today waiting for me to duel. However i was in a game between 3-5pm, dueling a bit during ourtime frame.

Sup_mayne and soberjunkie were also in there, as we were dueling each other.



Rules are on each update that is posted. maybe you should refresh yourself with them? there is more than one link to the rule set.

Good job reciting rules from 2010 when the ladder was made.
Blatant dodges are dodges.

Stop bending the rules in your favor and this won't happen again. So deal with it.
