I want to make the gear changes clear or more clear, let me clarify:

A) We do allow 1 gear change per ladder match.
a.1) You will have 1 chance at returning to your stash, no matter what the item/s are (charms, armor, gloves, etc)
a.2) if you choose to change your gear, you stick with it for the remainder of the match (7 set)

B ) Tokens can be used on the ladder.
b.1) However, tokens cannot be used during a duel/match (7 set).

Edit: I am currently updating the rule list to clarify/exemplify the current rules.

What about the part saying gear swaps have to be agreed upon by both parties before duel starts

They are supposed to yet. If it is not stated at the beginning then you should assume they are allowed to change. Generally speaking you would agree on the number of gear changed or no gear changes prior to the start.
