Imo im part of all the guilds in that list for i have politely declined invitations for all in the past cause nn pick sides and i like my newbie guild...

I mean we all know im not in it for the glory cause i lose first round in every tourney anyways cause pro luck...

#1 yes disband

#2 no because a pending duel can take 4 days at the most so if i'm waiting i can potentially get challenged by the same person 4 times

#3 no same reason as #2

I think 3 days is fine but what bugged me the most when I was on the ladder is the 12 hour wait before rechallenging if you win a duel. I think it's fine if you lose the duel but if you win you should be able to challenge right away to get some more action going.
