Then do that. Also if they join the ladder just before the tourney they would still have to pay entry fee. Otherwise people would just join the ladder for tourney and then quit right after.

Eh just make them pay entry fee like small 5-25 if more be good, just some donaton be nice pot is already big.

You aren't understanding what i'm saying. If we say that people who aren't on the ladder or in the guilds need to pay an entry fee then people would just join the ladder so they can get free entry to the tourney and then leave the ladder.

Let them join the ladder lol.

cuz i don't really care if people join ladder cuz 2 dodges=removed plus sign ups end friday
plus they be removed before signup closed and before tourney started= removed from list from ugml tourney.
