Ask BarbarianKing he invited them and i dont believe they all use it, i think King told them it was ok to use, when i dueld peter he also had a empty slot, so he ran back to stash to get charm, glad he made the rite move.

that's what i was wondering, and/or that it could have been some translation errors on their part. i think a lot of the TW guys probably relied on barbarian king for info on it. but i dont know the facts.
