Why pay alot for a bm item? Sounds silly

Our ladder strives to create a balanced opportunity for all classes and doing so prohibits making individual exceptions. Many existing rules have been adjusted to create a more balanced playing field but individual item restrictions is a place that we do not want to go. Many of today's items and the trading habits of users over the past two decades have been based on these rules. We feel it is in the best interest of the Melee community at large to respect these commonplace rules, habits and those who have adopted them as the norm.

I am sorry to see that you acquired an item that is not recognized as "GM" by our ladder but we cannot make individual exceptions to our item restriction rules.

It’s a lopsided playing field in favor of every char but jabbers and I’m being judged on a item that does less damage than the ow’s on gorerider’s. I think since you allowed death runeword then my 7 psn should be allowed. It’s far less damaging then the ctc lvl 18 or w/e glacial spike.

We’ve discussed this via PM. I’ve private messaged you and posted our position on individual exceptions. No one is entitled to an exception and one will not be made for you.
