Weather he pm'd you or not, you were challenge legitly in this thread and are currently with in that challenge

if he fails to be able to get up and duel you just won't be dodge ruled, but nulled, he has to make the effort and is supposed to get in touch with you

The reason being, is we as updaters can't hold every1s hand and ask if they sent a pm everytime some1 makes a challenge, not worth our time

you make a challenge in this thread the challenge has been made, it is the challenges responsibility to pm after that, if they don't the challengee won't be held accountable when the duel doesn't take place
