Because he didn't dodge. Your s/s shows that he did try to respond and asked if a time worked, you could have talked to an updater and asked for an extension accompanied by the s/s. He wasn't dodging, he was busy.

He responded 2 days late and said he was free 2 days after the challenge expired

Which just emphasizes that he was busy. I am sure vince would have agreed to a 2 day extension provided that a dodge be warranted if he does not come forth at the time he requested.
People have lives and sometimes they don't have the ability to play d2 for 3 days and may get on a bit later than you had hoped. No reason to give them a dodge if they at least respond before the challenge is over.

Challenge time frame is 3 days. 24 hours maximum can be granted by a ladder mod. The day he said he was availible was the 5th day of the challenge. It's in the ladder rules.

And he replied 2 days later after multiple pms. He was online during those 2 days, doesn't take more than 30 seconds to respond to a pm

Yes. I am well aware of that, but as I stated. I am sure Vince (the mediator of this ladder) would have allowed it seeing as it was clear that he was asking if thursday worked. It wasn't like he was asking for extension after extension. If you would like to continue trying to convince me to make it a dodge you can pm me. No need for the spam.

I can appreciate your attempt to sound eloquent here but this sentence is a run-on. Furthermore your tenses are off.
