there was also 3 days prior to the time limit

as for numone, his deadline + the time of extension which mustang requested is over. decision had to be made and it was made based on mustang telling us numone has not been on to duel. we are very strcit wtih deadlines here and the rule of "letting a mod know in advance." because mustang has followed the rule and numone has not, we rule in mustang's favor.
