He's a bm dueler when he's loosing and gets very mad.

Seems 12 imo.

he was dueling for fg, and supposedly welched on the second ft5 after he payed for the first one. 25fg each ft5 i believe.

Fact is Wests has a hard time dueling in a mature manner.
Welching is not the concern here.
Bm'ing during a gm svs duel is not what this ladder is based on.
