thats to inforce the Red Expires:x x x:xx u cant call dodges till that time passes, and if ur having issues meating u should let an Admin know in a pm or ask for an extension. Not try to get a dodge early.

/edit - Shouldn't all Admins have to agree with a new rule, maybe even 2/3...? Or just because someone has Admin they can pick and choose what they prefer?
